distressed

Have you ever felt weary, distressed, not sure how you are going to get out of a "jam". I do. It is so easy for us to try to "fix" the problem without anyone's help or advice. Well, I have comfort in the fact that I can always rely on the Jesus and His guidance in my life. Sure, you say that He is not real, we cannot see Him, how can He help us. He has left us with The Word, The Bible and its teachings. In this Bible are many dirrections for us to follow. When we are distressed or cannot face the day, He is always there to pick up the pieces and help us back on our feet.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Matt. 11:28 (NIV).
I know that we are human and have a difficult time letting someone else help us with our distress or weariness. I know that it is difficult to put faith in something you cannot see, however, Jesus is just a prayer away and he will answer our prayers in His own way and in His own time.
"...always pray and don't give up." Luke 18:1b
If you are troubled and distressed and weary, don't give up, give it all to Him for he cares so much more than we know.
